JG Sunkiss Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, products must be unopened, unused, with any original seals intact, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened or used skincare and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return
Email jg.sk.26@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before shipping your return. We will provide the return address and instructions once your return is approved.

Return shipping and restocking fees
For approved change-of-mind returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

A $15 USD restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from the refund for approved change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

These fees do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or to returns for which applicable law prohibits the fees.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email jg.sk.26@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos, if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. If a return is required because of our error or a defective item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to any shorter deadline required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

European Union customers
Where EU withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You must send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

No restocking fee applies to a valid statutory withdrawal. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise. Refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge where required and will be issued within 14 days after notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where those laws provide different requirements, they take priority over this policy.
